First Grade art adventures 2021-22

We started the year with this fun project based on the classic children's story

and made art connections to the works of Picasso and Chagall 

The end of the year class group project was a Little Red Hen created with 

acrylic paints, stamping and sponge painting.

The pieces were sold during the Open House silent auction 

Cookie People Around the World 

Inspired by the work of artist Yayoi Kusama student created a polka dot pumpkin, cut paper, collage, drawing and coloring
