Rectangular Robots

 Starting with a rectangle and "building" a human inspired body, first grade students created Art Robots. 

We looked at the art work of renown robot builder artist Clayton Bailey for inspiration.

Shape Penguins

 Kinders explored the South Pole (on Zoom) and learned about a lot of different kinds of Penguins and some of their interesting and unique characteristics. They also practiced drawing them following a series of directions and using basic shapes. Fun while learning!
